"Breakfast started at 8, I had 5:30 am checkout, front desk staff did her duty. Room was dated but clean, didn’t even know/remember that there was a pool. Quick business trip, central and safe location, it did the job, should charge less for the hotel though. "

"The Jamaican breakfast served was great. The pool was smaller than I thought and it’s in between the restaurant and bar. But overall, for a short stay it’s doable."

"For this hotel to be part of the Hilton brand I was quite disappointed. The biggest thing is one of the staff stole $700 out of our luggage. They are currently investigating the situation and supposedly reviewing the cameras. The next thing is the lighting in the room is beyond horrible. It is so dark. The room also had a moldy smell when we got in there.. I would not recommended staying at this location "

"I’m allergic to carpet dust and their rooms had carpet in there the room was dimly lit so was the hallway. The furniture was old was disappointing overt"

"Beautiful property. Odd placement of the check in desk - steps. No one at the front entrance to help with my suitcase (I arrived in the evening). Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t hot, eg. the escovitch fish was cold. The flavors seemed to have been toned down on the Jamaican local breakfast items. The liver tasted really good and the pineapple juice. Very close to Devon House but quite a drive to the airport. They do not offer airport shuttle service. At checkout asked for a taxi to be called for airport, waited about 15-20 minutes. Nothing. I went outside and asked the concierge about it, he went back in to the reception desk then said one should be here shortly, another 10minutes. Apparently the young lady never called for one."

"Overall a good alternative to staying at the Pegasus all the time. "

"There was no amenities..the room was clean but not as shown on here. The Security guards who double as customer service were very helpful"
