  • Perfectly located condo at the gateway to Old Mesilla. Not a detail skipped on this unit. The living area provides great exposure to high ceilings with wood beams. While in the living area anyone can appreciate the gas fireplace, nichos, and direct access to your own balcony. The kitchen is beautifully done with granite counter tops, and all stainless appliances. This unit directly overlooks the pool area and courtyard with barbeque grills. The building has privacy in mind with double walls.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very nice, comfortable, and a great value for the price. We had a wonderful time overall. The only things that were a little difficult for us were the thermostat restrictions and the coffee pots. My husband likes to sleep with the temperature around 68 degrees, but the thermostat was required to stay at 72. This is really just a personal preference, but it may be something that would keep us from staying again. We also found that the coffee pots were not working during our stay. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the property and appreciated everything it had to offer!

Super nice and well kept. Pool is just a few steps out the door! Kitchen is well stocked-Living room is super comfy and relaxing. Great location to. Definitely will be back.
