You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lovely 2-bedroom flat in the centre of Cauterets

Located in a secure historic residence, on the 2nd floor with lift (plus 10 steps), this 3-bedroom apartment faces east with partial mountain views.
You will have access to a large shared south-facing terrace on the same level as the flat (but not adjoining).

The flat is quiet and bright, with double glazing. It comprises :
-1 living room / fitted kitchen with washing machine and television
-1 bedroom with 140cm bed
-1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm)
-1 full bathroom with bath
-1 separate toilet
A ski/bike room is available at the entrance to the residence.

Free parking nearby, with the possibility of parking temporarily in front of the residence to unload.

Household linen is not provided: towels, sheets, fitted sheets, tea towels.

Weekly bookings only.

Rates for 3-week stay: HS (July-August): 800€ / BS: 550€.

In the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, right in the centre of Cauterets, above the Gave stream, you can walk from the flat to the Lys cable car, the Pont d'Espagne shuttle bus, the famous thermal baths and seaside resort, the hiking trails, the ice rink, restaurants, cinemas and all the shops...

We like to enjoy the flat with our family, and to make it as welcoming as possible, we leave kitchen utensils and a few basic items on site for you to use: coffee, filters, tea, oil, etc.
All we ask is that you replace whatever you have finished during your stay.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we do ask you to leave the flat clean at the end of your stay or we will retain part of the deposit.

Finally, we leave board games, books, walking guides and a few pointers to our favourite restaurants at your disposal.

Appartement bien situĂ©, proche de toutes commoditĂ©s. Nicolas a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif lors de nos Ă©changes. Un petit bĂ©mol qu'il faut quand mĂȘme signaler, si vous ne dormez pas bien Ă  la base, le passage du Gave ne va pas vous aider !!! Boules quies obligatoires

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine Ă  Cauterets dans cet appartement idĂ©alement placĂ© en centre ville. L appartement est petit mais fonctionnel. Le seul (petit) bĂ©mol, si vous ĂȘtes sensibles au bruit le gave passe sous les fenĂȘtres, mais une fois les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es on n’entend presque plus rien, l appartement est trĂšs bien isolĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement Ă  nos questions. C est une location Ă  recommander !

L’emplacement de la location est idĂ©al, le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©actif, l’équipement de l’appartement est bien. Pour les vacanciers d’étĂ© qui sont sensibles au bruit, le cours d’eau qui passe au pied de l’immeuble s’entend beaucoup quand les fenĂȘtres sont ouvertes (bruit naturel mais il faut s’habituer). Cet appartement mĂ©riterait peut ĂȘtre un petit rafraĂźchissement pour ĂȘtre au top.

Nous avons passĂ© 3 semaines dans cet appartement. Au dĂ©but, le Gave au pied de l'immeuble nous a un peu gĂȘnĂ©s mais on s'est vite habituĂ©s. L'avantage pas de vis-Ă -vis ! Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les 4 fenĂȘtres qui apportaient de la lumiĂšre dans chaque piĂšce et la vue sur la place de la Mairie. Nous Ă©tions Ă  2 mn Ă  pied de la station thermale. Les commerces et les restaurants sont Ă  la porte de l'immeuble. Nous n'avons pas fait de cuisine mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut et mĂȘme plus. Le propriĂ©taire est Ă  l'Ă©coute et rappelle en cas d'absence pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes vos interrogations. C'est

Appart trÚs trÚs bien placé les télécommandes tv ne fonctionnent pas bien malgré piles changees radiateur chambre en panne mais n avons pas eu froid manivelle cuisine cassée mais pas genant quelque soit le prix payé tout ses dysfonctionnement ne devraient pas avoir lieu. Super endroit pour la location, la personne est disponible, arrangeante Ă  l'Ă©coute, agrĂ©able ensuite le logement est bien fonctionnel on ne manque de rien, il est super bien placĂ© Ă  2 pas de tout, on s'y sent vraiment bien, la terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able tarif raisonnable franchement tout pour passer un bon sĂ©jour et super sympa les panneaux d'affichages dans la chambre avec les guides pour ce balader c'est franchement un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix super pratique aussi les ascenseurs top avec un petit + la vue sur les montagnes un cadre majestueux et les commerces chaleureux đŸ€©đŸ‘
