But who cares about the pool when the beach is a few hundred feet away! Hotel aesthetic and rooms are beautiful. It’s small enough that the service feels personal."

Our requests for pick up & for rooms together went unanswered despite 3 reminders. Unfortunately the request to Expedia too were un resolved The pool too was a disappointment "

"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
