It is an OK place where the location is good and the price of room is reasonable. The bed is clean and the room is reasonable clean too. However, it really does not deserved the 9 plus overall ratings. The aircon in my room is constantly making squeaking noise due to the flap not functioning properly. The towel rack in the bathroom is broken, and the wash basin is not installed solidly on the floor. I almost toppled the entire wash basin. The shower hot water is erratic and the hot water can be boiling hot, and it's not easy to adjust to the correct water temperature.
Overall it is an ok budget hotel, but not a hotel that I will go back to stay. I will try other hotels in the vicinity next trip.
