"Checkin was great. Property was beautiful and it was hot. The room were perfect. Lots of space. Loved the full sized kitchen(including a dishwasher), which was stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery and other utensils, pans, pots, coffee machine with coffee and filters. They even provided a small bottle of dish soap & pods for the dishwasher. The king bed was very comfy. The only real complaint is the pull out sofa mattress could be better. We enjoyed our time at this hotel/resort. "

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. "Stayed here with my 2 kids. The 1 bedroom villa was superb. The kitchen had all the things necessary to cook. It even had a sponge and dish soap. The room was right across the pool which was perfect for the kids. Movies played at the pool were kid friendly too. Transportation was excellent. They give you a number to text and the shuttle picks you up right in front of your room or close enough. Walmart was about 8 min drive. There are many restaurants near by (5-10 min drive). My kids didn't want...
