"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. "Room was great. If considering Bogota Tequendama—- absolutely choose the 4Points Sheraton Tequendama vs Tequendama Monserrate if going on a weekend. They are 2 hotels sharing same infrastructure but the Tequendama Monserrate virtually closed on the weekend whereas 4 Points is fully open. "
