    THE HOME
    Located on the third and top floor of a historic building in an authentic residential neighbourhood, this 119 m² apartment is the perfect base for those who want to truly experience Catania — not just visit it. Private entrance, maximum privacy, no shared neighbours.
    LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
    The heart of the home is spacious, bright and designed for spending time together. A dining table that seats all 10 guests, two comfortable sofas to relax on and a breakfast nook to start the day at ease. For entertainment, a 55" Smart TV with access to Prime Video and Netflix — perfect for evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook even on holiday: oven, air fryer, kettle, blender, water purifier and everything you need.

    Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2: one double bed + 2 single beds — ideal for families or groups who want to share a room.
