"In over 200 stays at hotels.com hotels, in 60 years of international travel, this was by far the worst experience of my life. They claimed no relationship with hotels.com, said it was a scam, said I had not paid. I showed them all the documentation. They knocked on my door from 18:00 to 20:30 and started again at 07:30. I fled"

"I arrived several hours early before check in time due to leaving the previous night's accommodation as soon as possible as I didn't feel happy staying there, I am so grateful to the staff at Cat Tien Farm Stay for letting me check in early. The room itself was large with a comfortable double bed. It did not match the room in the photograph with a bath but it did have a private toilet and shower room. The toilet and shower room was large but basic and out dated however for the price I cannot...
