"Breakfast convenient and tasty but not free — $15/day not enough to cover breakfast. We paid $30 amenity fee, plus tax, per day, for breakfast allowance and 1 daily margarita. We liked the hotel — room, lobby, vibe, Rainey Street and river nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "

It is walking distance from every awesome restaurant. I walked from this hotel to Barton Springs Pool and it was just an enormous delight. This hotel is the future of hotels. The rooms are clean but sparse. They have everything you need and nothing more.
