The apartment is located about 3 minutes walk from the beach and 1 minute walk from bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc..
For rent 115 m² on 2 floors, in total 3 bedrooms, studio, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen and a washing machine. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Especially attractive for large families and large groups.
The living room and 3 bedrooms are south facing, so you receive sun all day.
Enclosed double garage with a garage door.
Pets are allowed with an extra fee.

Piso con muchas escaleras

La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo tipo de servicios y de la playa. Aunque ya se explicaba en el anuncio, el hecho de tener cocina y comedor en un segundo piso (3 alturas) dentro de un bloque, significaba mucho ajetreo de escaleras. Además el check in fue muy difícil, costó mucho ponerse en contacto con la persona que nos iba a dar las llaves y el idioma de la persona que nos esperó (japonés, español justito) no ayudaba, aunque la persona que nos recibió fue en todo momento cortés. El piso era amplio para las 7 personas que fuimos, con 3 cuartos de baño, algo de agradecer. También nos prestaron útiles para nuestra perra, algo muy de agradecer. Y por último, el parking NO era apto para 2 coches familiares (berlinas ambas) y PUEDE que valiera para dos coches más pequeños. Además, el acceso al parking era incómodo.
