Belle hôtel in Castro

Nous avons choisi l’hôtel sur la map de l’application mais à notre arrivée, l’adresse fourni par Hôtel.com était complètement à l’opposé de la ville. L’emplacement de l’hôtel n’est pas idéal, dans une zone industrielle et on doit conduire pour aller en ville. L’hôtel est très bien, le chambre très spacieuse et moderne, mais les matériaux laisse à désirer. Le plancher pourrait être lavé un peu plus souvent. Le déjeuner est très copieux et bon.

Hotel confortável, limpo e bem conservado. Não possui ar-condicionado, apenas aquecimento, o que pode ser inconveniente em dias mais quentes, já que é necessário abrir a janela para obter conforto térmico e o hotel está localizado na Ruta 5, que é um pouco ruidosa.

Propaganda engañosa

Pésimo, ya que al efectuar la reserva Hoteles.com ( vuestra página), estaba EXPLICITO que los impuestos estaban incluidos. Al hacer el check-un lo primero que me COBRARON fueron los impuestos. Esto tiene el cariz de publicidad engañosa, ya que yo reservé precisamente por que el precio era bueno INCLUYENDO los impuestos. Agradeceré aclarar este asunto.

Hermosas vacaciones en Castro

Mi estadía estuvo genial. Todo muy bueno aunque el precio fue un poco alto comparado con mi estadía previa en Puerto Montt en el Hotel de la cadena. Me decepcionó el sandwich que pedí la primera noche. El resto de comidas estuvo muy bien. La atención en el restaurant le faltó un poco pero se entiende ya que los garsones estuvieron un tanto sobrepasados con el número de clientes. En general, recomedable 100%, el lugar es muy bonito, la comida muy buena y la piscina, espectacular.

Nos entregaron una habitación donde La cama estaba con pelos y el piso del baño sucio. La persona de recepción nos atendió muy bien y nos cambió a otra habitación que estaba impecable.

Detalles a mejorar

Me gustó. Pero hay detalles que podrían mejorar. No cambiaban toallas usas todos los días. Dejaban la misma. No siempre reponían el jabón y el shampoo. Y un solo restaurante para todas las comidas. Para tantas habitaciones.Podrían tener un bar aparte. Valorable si,la atención y buena onda de l@s jóvenes que atienden en recepción y en el comedor.

Es un buen hotel, cómodo y muy buenas instalaciones en general. Sin embargo, creo que hay cosas que podrían mejorar, como el desayuno (muy poco variado) y la carta del restaurant, que además de tener pocas opciones, no es rico. Muy mal gestionado el tema del aforo en el desayuno.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean hotel, very spacious. The only downside is that getting downtown is a 20 minute walk; though known when booking.
