"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it. Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator to work. In morning, no hot water as bolier was not working, so that might explain the radiator not working too? We were eventually offered the use of another room to shower, but declined as we...

"The service was good just couldn't understand why there isn't a shower door when having a shower in the master room apart from that it could be done with a fan or AC .apart from that the service was early good."

"Was surprised at the size and the facilities were great. Just felt that it should have been dusted and cleaned behind the bedside tables and there should have been remotes for the skylight covers. "

"Good size apartment, great for overnight business stay. Good location and lots of places to eat nearby. Car parks are close too so not too inconvenient, but they are expensive for long stay."
