Casina di Leo, relax in Maremma near the sea

La casina di Leo is a lovely 30sqm studio on the ground floor of an ancient stone house in Buriano, a medieval village clinging to a hill in the heart of the Maremma, ten minutes drive from the sea. Our studio apartment is spacious, airy and bright; the view from the windows is panoramic on the plain of the Grosseto Maremma; outside a small outdoor space, with umbrella, table and chairs allows you to have breakfast and meals outdoors if you wish.
Inside, the studio is divided into a kitchen area, well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, sink and kitchen.
The rest of the apartment is made up of the sleeping area, with a loft double bed and a double sofa bed immediately below. A baby bed is available free of charge if guests request it.
Also in the large room that overlooks the valley with a large panoramic window there are: a table for four, extendable up to six people. Chairs for everyone a comfortable wall-mounted wardrobe with two sliding doors, a four-drawer chest, satellite TV and, separate, bathroom with totally new shower cabin. The front door opens onto the public stairway of the town and immediately outside the studio there is a beautiful space with plants, a table, chairs and umbrella.
Buriano is an ancient village, all in stone, very silent. It is located a ten minute drive (15km) from Castiglione della Pescaia. In the village a small shop that sells a bit of everything.
