  • Casa Letizia is on the first floor of the farmhouse, which consists of two flats, allowing total autonomy and offering large private outdoor spaces. The house is located in the Val d' Orcia, in the countryside and enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding valley and the town of Pienza. In a few minutes you can also reach the thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni and the 'Fosso Bianco' of Bagni San Filippo. The farmhouse is located in a hilly area, on the slopes of Monte Amiata, which makes it possible to reach its cool woods in a short time and visit the surrounding villages. Lake Bolsena is also easily accessible. The beautiful city of Siena is less than an hour away.

    Casa Letizia (about 80 m.) is on a high floor and has two rooms: one with a double bed and another with two separate beds. The kitchen is furnished in 'old Tuscan' style so you can cook and eat at a small table. You can also dine on the larger table in the living room, where there are also sofas and a nice fireplace. Very pleasant and panoramic is the open loggia above the entrance staircase where you can have your meal or simply sit and drink wine with a full view of the beautiful landscape. At the back of the flat is a terrace, partly covered, partly connected to the garden on the same floor. A good solution for being outdoors even in less than excellent weather conditions.

    The house has 10 hectares of land, so there is plenty of space for walking and observing nature with its beautiful landscape. The flat also benefits from a considerable private outdoor space. One can stay and eat in the small loggia at the front of the house and enjoy the beautiful landscape, but also relax in the lawn at the back of the flat in the shade of the trees or sunbathe in complete privacy. On clear nights it is nice to look up at the star-studded sky and the milky way. In short, Casa Letizia allows us to enjoy the peace and silence of nature, but also to reach, in a few minutes, the historical and artistic centres of the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata and to dive into the warm thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni or Bagni San Filippo.

    The house can be reached via a dirt road, with many cemented parts, about 500 m long. The property is private and has an extension of 10 hectares partly cultivated with olive trees. Parking is possible along the driveway.

    All the towns in the Val d'Orcia can be reached in a short time: San Quirico d'Orcia, with its well-known Collegiata; Pienza, the town of Pius II, a UNESCO heritage site; Montalcino, famous for its Brunello; Bagno Vignoni and Bagni S. Filippo, with their healthy thermal waters. In a few minutes you can reach the cool woods of Monte Amiata and visit the beautiful medieval villages on its slopes. Within a few kilometres are Siena and the lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno, with their beaches and characteristic villages.
