"The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived.
The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy.
And the bed was very comfortable.
My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay.
But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside."

"This is a wonderful old place but…you MUST have a car! We did not have one but it’s very inconvenient and expensive to get one to come up to this area. Also - there is no dinner service on Sunday evenings - which was the day we stayed here. The staff was SO amazing and do make us a charcuterie plate - and they were wonderful. The rooms are sparse but very clean. "

"We have visited CasaLisa while doing Via Francigena . Although a bit off the road with a proper logistic and a careful planning the visit in the villa became one of the highlights of our trip.Lisa is a rial gem She went above and beyond the satisfy our needs.
