Typical French house in great location with fantastic hosts.
A great location in the Dordogne Valley. Many chateaux, gardens and medieval villages to visit. Central to the many caves where the troglodytes lived and of course the Dordogne River on which you can do many ventures.

Nice location, basic accommodation, no wi-fi
Overall the gite was fine, well equipt for self catering very convenient for the centre but you have to drive too far to walk. Quite rural location, we booked this gite because it said it had Internet but this was not the case and left after two days (we had booked for 5) as we needed Internet for work reasons. Should note advertised with Wi-Fi when it dosnt have it, overall very dissasstisfied.

A very pleasant compact gite in a beautiful location
The gite comprises two spacious ground floor rooms plus toilet and shower room. It is comfortably furnished and has all the equipment etc. that anyone might require. There is a small patio at the rear overlooking the orchard. The location is ideal - 5 minutes from St Cyprien with shops, market etc. situated on a quiet lane beween the highway and the river. The area is perfect for touring the Perigord - we visited Sarlat, Perigieux and the Lascaux caves, to name just a few. The caves were especially spectacular. In short - just what we were looking for!!

Au cœur du Périgord Noir
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un gite situé dans un cadre de verdure et de tranquillité. Exactement ce que nous recherchions.De plus sa localisation vous met au centre des grands sites à visiter. La propriétaire a été de très bon conseil quant à ce qu'il faut visiter. Elle parle avec passion de sa région. Celle-ci est magnifique et riche en histoire. Sans parler de sa gastronomie. Bref nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Magnifique séjour !
Superbe séjour dans ce gîte. Notre hôte est très accueillante et d’une grande gentillesse. Calme assuré. Beaucoup de choses à visiter tout autour. Nous avons été ravis de cette petite semaine en Dordogne, département que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain 😊.
