TrĂšs belle vue depuis les hauteurs sur la mer et le littoral

La maison est au calme dans un vieux village dans les hauteurs. Si vous n'aimez pas les escaliers passez votre chemin. 3 trÚs grandes chambres qui restaient suffisamment fraßches pour bien dormir la nuit. la partie jour tout en haut avec la terrasse surplombant tout le littoral à quelques kilomÚtres est spectaculaire. Castelnuovo est un trÚs bon endroit si on veut visiter le nord de la Toscane (Lucca, Pise à moins d'une heure), allez dans des plages de rochers dans le Golf des PoÚtes de Porto Venere à Lerici ou les grandes plages de sable entre carrare et Viareggio. Merci à Alexandra pour sa disponibilité.

Logement climatisé

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le logement. Cependant, l’annonce mentionnait un logement climatisĂ© avec draps fournis. Le logement est seulement climatisĂ© dans le salon cuisine et pas dans les chambres. Un seul ventilateur pour 3 chambres avec un bĂ©bĂ© avec 38 degrĂ©s extĂ©rieur. Les draps Ă©taient annoncĂ©s fournis alors qu’il nous a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© un supplĂ©ment pour les avoir. Il nous Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© 70 euros lors de notre arrivĂ©e pour le menage alors que l’appartement n’était pas propre de base. Nous avons trouvĂ© que l’appartement Ă©tait un peu vĂ©tuste pour le prix demandĂ© (problĂšme d’eau chaude, problĂšme d'Ă©coulement, vaiselle). D’autre part, la propriĂ©taire a eu du mal Ă  coopĂ©rer pour l’obtention de l’autorisation de ZTL, pas cool Nous retournerons Ă  Castelnuovo Magra mais pas dans ce logement Ă  ce prix lĂ  Nous sommes venus en groupe avec d’autres familles qui ont louĂ© d’autres maisons sur Castelnuovo et non pas rencontrĂ© nos problĂšmes et pour des prix bien moins chers

Great apartment

Nice apartment and great outdoor terrace in a small town. There was a wonderful view over the valley. The apartment belongs to a friendly lady and her husband. We had a great time and can highly recommend the place.

Beautiful hilltop village

Lots of character in the village. Spent many evenings wondering around.the sounds of church bells every morning and the gentleman from the bed and breakfast next door made us feel that we were definitely in Italy. Owner was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants (the one in the village was closed for renovations) and solved issues with plumbing quickly. . Great base to visit Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Due to our lack of Italian we didn’t realise that there was a bakery around the corner. We have a large car and parking was tricky but we always found a space.
