They are owned by Romanians with respective design choices - very cheap furnishings, hanging cables, unclean halls. Guard dogs take the ground floor and roam under the balconies gazing at the guests with funny looks. Food is very limited, overpriced, and extremely salty. The staff looks at the guests with a strange suspicion, which doesn't inspire confidence.

Debemos indicarles que la propiedad no es de RUMANOS , aun que si lo fuese no seria ningun problema . Referente a los perros se encuentran en un recinto que no es accesible para los clientes m en un patio independiente del hotel . Sentimos que la comida no haya sido de su agrado , ningun problema ya que es opcional . Esperamos que en otra ocasion podamos contar con su presencia . Saludos

Hotel bag overnight
A great hotel at a decent price. Room had a balcony and excellent aircon. No parking problems. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice including scrambled egg and sausage,cold meat etc. one thing to note is satnav will tell you one roundabout to soon that you have arrived at your destination,as did Google maps.

Excellent value. Great Hotel, Great staff and convenient for shops and restaurants. Very clean. The hotel is spoilt a little bit by lack of attention to detail with fixtures and fittings.

Above expectations
Turned up late due to football match. Manager was very helpful and couldn’t do more to help and then available early in the morning to book taxis for us. Rooms where comfortable which was above expectations for a hotel in this budget. Would use again which is always a sign your pleased with your stay

Lovely all round!
Very Comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. The bar which also did food was still serving at 2am! A bit out of Town but a lovely hotel!

Decent hotel but poor service and cleanliness
Hotel generally good but poor customer service, not very friendly reception staff. The room had numerous ling hairs both on the floor and on the pillow and sheets. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking - not acceptable

Well worth the price
Great budget hotel with loads of free secure underground parking, right next to a petrol station with cheap fuel, bar staff are great and it’s only a 15 min walk to the beach

Room stank of smoke
The room stank of tobacco. The smoke detector had been tampered with (covered with masking tape that had subsequently been painted over). All the bedding and pillows smelled of smoke and we had to ask to change and then covered with our own clothes in order to be able to sleep. When we told the receptionist the best morning, she was understanding and apologetic and seemed to not know about the masking tape over the smoke detector, despite it having been painted over. In any case it was dangerous and I assume illegal to have it covered. The best was the free parking. We won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is about a 1km walk to the restaurants, and was basic, but clean and tidy in good condition. If you just want a base while you are out exploring, then this would be a sound choice

Bag Hotel OK for the overnight stay!
Hotel was OK. But not amazing! Receptionist was a bit of a misery guts. Parking was on site and free. Comfortable bar.

the air con did not work properly it did not matter what setting it was on it was useless, neither did the TV,, it appears that the price of food and drink were put up because people from all over Europe were staying there for a rally, I have also been bitten by bed bugs, the overall finish of the hotel is below par, some staff were very good most were ignorant and unhelpful. Overall a not very satisfactory stay, normally I would have left for another hotel but payment was demanded up front on arrival with little option of refusing to do so, not a good practise and makes you wonder why this is the case. I would strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

close to beach
everything about the hotel was wonderful except the location. It was in a very industrial, business type area. Our view from our room was a carwash and a tire shop. However, what we didn't realize until we were on our way out of town is that within approximately 1 mile or so was the most beautiful beach and area. The beach there was clean with showers and spotless restrooms every block or so. It was lined with restaurants and bars and had we known we would have stayed the extra day.

Modern hotel in industrial area.
This hotel was a big surprise. we turnef into an industrial area thinking we had made a mistake but found this new and very modern hotel. Our room for 3 had 4 beds and was large and comfortable. Good bathroom and everything very clean. Secure underground parking included. You need a car for this hotel. Restaurant on site but didn't get to try it. This was a stopover before Montanejos hot springs on the way down the coast. Hot springs about 60 klms away up in the mountains from thete we drove to Valencia and then continued south. surprisingly good hotel with very nice staff on reception.

Hemos ido varias veces y han bajado calidad y cantidad. Colchón y almohada incómodos. Dormimos mal y me levanté con dolor de espalda El buffet de la cena tan limitado y pobre nos sorprendio. En otras ocasiones había sidojustito pero aceptable pero esta vez te daban a elegir un primero entre arroz blanco pintado de amarillo sin nada mas, espaguetis con tomate frito o huevo revuelto y un segundo de muslo asado o albóndigas con tomate, ninguna opción de pescado y postre a elegir uno solo yogurt o "una sola naranja" una por persona, deben ser muy escasas en Valencia. Sin opción a repetir y raciones minusculas El hotel siempre está lleno de chinos, koreanos y no creo que se lleven muy buena opinión de nuestra buenísima gastronomía en el Hotel Bag Recomendación: Subir precios si es necesario pero recuperar, en lo posible, la calidad de años anteriores

Todo muy descuidado, la tele no funciona, nos cambian de habitación por ese motivo, y en la nueva habitación tampoco funciona, la puerta de la terraza abría y cerraba fatal, la taza del vc se movía, agujero en una toalla, el personal seco. En fin, no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Hotel en medio de la carretera a muy buen precio y con un ambiente familiar muy agradable. Si teneis la posibilidad de contratar la suite es increíblemente grande y con un jacuzzi fantástico. El bar da una comida muy aceptable y a muy buen orecio
