La situation du logement, sa grandeur, la proximité des commerces, le calme et la piscine. a recommander pour des personnes en bonne conditions physiques, en raison des 3 étages a monter a pieds. CLIMATISATION, ET SURTOUT EXPLIQUER A LA RÉSERVATION QUE L'APPARTEMENT SE SITUE AU 3 éme ÉTAGE SANS ASCENSEUR. Problème lorsque nous sommes accompagné d'une personne âgé (97 ans)
