"Paid parking available if you want it, laundry facility on site (big plus, hard to come by in Italy!!), very close to the center of the city. Most things to do/see are within a 30 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area, and the hotel has a bar and restaurant open in the evenings. We didn't really use the amenities other than the laundry, but they have a pool, a spa, and are co-located with a fitness center. Staff were very helpful (shout out to Daniele at the bar and the "beer promotion" he offered me!). Hotel was incredibly clean and has outside seating, both uncovered and covered in case of rain. Elevators for every floor as well. Overall a great place to sleep at night and rest during the day, no complaints. Also, very close to a tram stop should you not want to walk. Not far from the train station either (10 minute walk)"

"It's clearly a block of flats that has been converted to a hotel. My room was a bit cramped but for a few nights, I could live with it. There is a slight smell which in high summer is likely to be prominent. If you don't expect a 5 star experience, then it's OK. My room was clean, the staff friendly enough and walking distance to all the major sights. If I was back in Florence, would I stay there again, probably not, but I've no real complaints. Just don't expect too much and you'll be fine."

"The Staff at the Hoxton were very nice, enjoyed chatting with them, and they answered all questions. They helped arrange a very early taxi pickup - 4 am. The outdoor patio area was one of my favorites. I enjoyed the outdoors while sipping a prosecco or reading on the very comfy furniture. The attached restaurant was very good - a little pricey."

"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "
