Lovely clean hotel
This is a good quality hotel. The room cleaning goes to another level. When the cleaners have finished with your room, someone else comes along to inspect what they have done and sometimes tells them to reclean an area if necessary. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food to chose from.

A great experience which we will revisit
A beautiful spa hotel in the centre of town and its myriad shops/restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. Staffed by helpful, friendly people with good sized comfortable rooms and lounging areas. Breakfast is delightful and again the staff are welcoming. Features a small gym, spa and salt water swim pool perfect for families.

Excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and location
This is a family owned hotel and the people who work there seem genuinely happy and invested in the hotel’s success. It’s extremely rare that I stay in a place and feel like I got every cent of my money’s worth but this was definitely such an experience. The location was great and every aspect of the interaction with staff was pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool was great and I enjoyed people watching from my balcony. We paid a little extra for a premium room to get a jacuzzi and the kids had a great time with that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great room it was a massive room eith a jacuzzi very clean and tidy... bed was a huge double had space for about 4 people the only thing i would say is there was scaffolding up on the balcony which we werent informed about prior to booking so that spoilt the views from the balcony and prevented us using the balcony properly and the noise on a night time from the strip.

The room, Comfort room with a balcony, was modern, clean and convenient. I want to say thank you to the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is perfect - 2 min walk from the beach, and with many restaurants and shops around.

Purple is the color
Hotel nicely decorated with touches of purple. Large bedrooms with modern bathroom having the latest shower system and a lighting with sensor. Very quiet. Large restaurant rooms. Buffet breakfast with nice assortment: juice machine has to be improved, good coffee

Good hotel, disappointing check in experience.
The hotel itself was good, as was the breakfast and location however for all the positives it was overshadowed by the check in experience. I was told of the city tax which was not an issue, however the hotel only takes cash and would not let me put my luggage in the room before paying. I explained I only had card but was asked to walk to a cash machine, not ideal after a 16hour day of travelling and working. As already said the hotel was good, albeit my mind was already turned due to the staff.

A really nice Hotel
This Hotel is very convenient for the beach, shops, chemists Post Office, beauty/ massages, the bus station, restaurants and bars, in fact it would be hard to find fault at all really. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the coffee great and the staff pleasant but not intrusive.One niggle is the Spa was not included in our package which was a surprise to us, as it seemed to be in the sales jargon. I would particularly like to thank Monica on reception who's lovely smile, helpful manner, and command of English impressed us each time we passed reception.

Central position maks it good and bad
This hotel is right in the heart of the town, so could be noisy if your room is the wrong side ( one side overlooks McDonalds ). We were in the quiet bit and the room was lovely, with excellent air conditioning and a huge shower. No view, however. One downside is the car park. It is a few hundred yards away, and we found it very difficult to find despite being given a little map at reception. There are no signs pointing to it, and it is off the main road, down a narrow track. You also have to pay 8 euros a night.

A gem of a hotel
The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The air con worked perfectly. The walk-in showera bonus. The staff, courteous and helpful. The breakfast hours civilised. The position of the hotel come not have been better. Unreservedly five stars.

Central location in holiday town
This hotel is located in the center of Platja d'Aro. It is a slightly older building, but still in good condition. The rooms are very clean and a are good size. It would be nice to have a coffee maker on the room, but this is not a must. The breakfast has a good selection of food and drinks, and everything looks very fresh. The parking is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, but you can park 15 minutes in front of the building to load and unload. The wifi is free in the lobby however in the room there is a €1 charge per day per device. Although this is still very common is Spain, this is not really 21st century. Overal I would recommend this hotel

L’Hôtel est très bien situé et propre par contre notre chambre,une prise et le sèche cheveux en panne, la télécommande de la télé fonctionnait une fois sur deux et pas de bouilloire dans la chambre pour pouvoir ce faire un petit cappuccino 🙈 dommage

El hotel está situado en buena zona para pasear,comer y comprar,hay muchas tiendas de todo tipo, hemos venido varias veces y hemos cogido el spa,hoy sólo hemos podido estar 1 hora, se apagó todo, subimos a recepción y han tardado un tiempo en llegar, el timbre qué hay en el spa para hablar con recepción no va,hemos cogido otra noche más, cómo no nos han hecho la habitación hemos pedido toallas y jabón, aún los estamos esperando y para postre el secador no va,espero que mejoren un poco y que den soluciones ya que el spa no es gratis, lo hemos pagado para nada
