"Property is gorgeous and very well located - lovely beaches and easy to get to from the airport. Communication with host was very difficult. I sent several messages prior to our trip asking for information on the area/recommendations but never got any replies. During our stay, communication was inconsistent. One day I was replied to quickly, the next question I had about taxi recommendations took 2 days for an answer. During check in, the host failed to direct us to the ‘house rules’ which stated details on how the house needed to be left on check out. We left a few cups not washed up and a bin to be taken out (the cleaners had already arrived when we were leaving and had begun work) and were charged 150. A real shame to end the holiday in this way. I hope that the hosts are much clearer with their check in process and rules in the future. "

"Friendly owner. Plenty of space for all 11 of us.We spent most of our time either in the pool, the outdoor kitchen or on the balcony. The family range a from 4 to 60s and we all really enjoyed our time here. Albert told us that the area around the gas station and he was not wrong. We even had to use the car repair place which we can recommend.An added bonus for us was visits from a ginger cat we named Skippy/Skipper/Skipdog. He became quite friendly by the end of our holiday."

"Furnishings and equipment are very basic, outstanding views of Blanes, especially from the balcony of which the bedrooms and living area open up to, taxis very difficult to organise, you are a 40 min walk away from Blanes which includes a steep walk. Pool is small and very deep so not ideal for young families. The BBQ is situated away from the pool so not ideal. As the house is in a residential area you hear constant dogs barking, it was relentless (through the day and night- dogs live outside in kennels). The driveway in the property is unusable due to overgrown bushes- this means given the footprint of the house you have to carry your shopping down a flight of stairs. Consort supermarket which is a 5 min drive is ideal, this is on the outskirts of Blanes, very close to the villa, definitely not walkable."

"Overall, we had a great experience. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway.We were a bit surprised, however, to find that there was no air conditioning—only one room had daily air circulation. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, it’s something future guests may want to be aware of, especially during warmer months.We also experienced a power outage during our stay, which temporarily left us without electricity. Thankfully, the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the issue was resolved.Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would consider returning."
