"Room was spotless and well maintained, staff were friendly throughout and helpful, we didn’t have breakfast at the venue but we had chicken nuggets and fries from the bar and was as expected (nuggets are never good) and the spa was epic. Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, emotional shower, relaxing room and Scottish (ice bucket) were amazing. Only downfall is it opened at ten on the Sunday, not sure about other days. Air con in room was really good and you can control the temp. Out door pool and area around it is clean and maintained and great to use. Great bus services directly outside the hotel onto Venice (6mins) and to Venice airport (20 mins). Only negative is, despite on going conversations with staff (Monica mainly), my request for my room to be decorated for my wife was not catered for. It was our honeymoon (genuinely married the Saturday before) and this was not completed. Everything else - absolutely amazing."
