"Everything about the hotel itself was great. The location was convenient to get to the airport, but not convenient to do anything else. We had to hire a taxi to do anything, and nearest shopping was 45 minutes drive away. "

"Their place is very clean and staffs are so helpful! It’s a walking distance from many main attractions such as the colosseum as well as the Trevi fountain! More importantly, it is a walking distance from the termini! "

"Perfect location for a Rome visit! We arrived by train, and the hotel was just five minutes away on foot from Termini station. As the historic sites in Rome are at least 20 minutes away, we diligently put in our steps, but the area was very safe and the hotel made us feel welcome after a long day out. Not a lot of room for suitcases in the room itself, but that’s normal overseas. Bathroom was great. Had the breakfast one day — good variety of food choices. When we left, it was nice to know we were so close to the station. Very good hotel choice and we recommend it. "

"The entire experience was wonderful except using the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Information provided by the hotel should have specified what the pick-up schedule was and let us know whether we needed to contact the hotel or just wait for a shuttle to appear (in the appropriate area). We wasted ½ hour looking for information and finally went to the on-site Hilton (different) for help. They kindly drove to the Hilton Garden Inn and the person that drove us laughed when I asked if we were the only person who had difficulty finding the Garden Inn."
