My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!

We arrived early and David’s was so nice to meet up with us for check in early and immediately gave us an upgrade room with a wonderful view of the town and nearby mountains. Our room was spacious with natural light and a great balcony, the beds were comfortable. The location was accessible to both shopping and restaurants. I need to point out that both Davide and Enzo were such great host and really made us feel comfortable and welcome, such nice people! I wanted to let Enzo know we made it across the Bridge safely.

Piccolo hotel delizioso.. appena entrati abbiamo avuto subito una sensazione di calore ed accoglienza. Il proprietario Davide è un ragazzo delizioso. È sempre stato disponibile e gentile, pronto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (e.g. farci trovare deliziose torte e cornetti in camera, sapendo che saremmo stati alle poste da sci prestissimo). Tutto il personale ha reso il soggiorno piacevole e molto comodo ( con messo di 20 minuti raggiungevano le piste dell'Aremogna inoltre l'albergo è vicino a diversi ristoranti). Ci torneremo sicuramente!

La gentilezza la fa da padrona, una cortesia ed un'educazione d'altri tempi. Personale straordinario, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, anche i bambini sono stati benissimo. Una colazione buonissima, tutti prodotti genuini e di loro produzione. La struttura si trova proprio al centro, infatti non abbiamo affatto avuto bisogno della macchina. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
