"We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. On the night before we were to arrive we received a response saying they overbooked and we would receive a full refund. WE WERE TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!! We had no place to go!!!! "First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer. "

"This property was absolutely incredible! The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. The room was newly renovated, airy, clean, outfitted with modern appointments. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was truly amazing, service and meal quality were unequalled! Breakfast was an elegant buffet with a variety of fresh juices and pastries. Cooked to order eggs were served along with the variety of other delights. If I could rate this property a 15+, I surely would do so!"

The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price.
