Interior Description
The apartment is located on the first floor of Corte Antica – a traditional courtyard house with three apartments, accessible via an external staircase. The spaces are well-organized, making it ideal for families or small groups:

Living area : a spacious living room with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.
Kitchen and dining area : a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop. The dining area is cozy and ideal for enjoying meals together.
Bedroom : a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, perfect for couples with children or groups of friends.
Bathroom : equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.
Outdoor terrace : a private area with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing moments.

Access and Shared Spaces
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the terrace. The terrace may be crossed by guests from the upper floors to reach their apartments.

Public Transport:

The D35 bus line connects Cassina to Lecco. The bus runs approximately once an hour, with the last service around 7:00 PM.

By Car:

Cassina is easily accessible in 20 minutes from Lecco and 1–1.5 hours from Milan.
Two parking spaces are available in the shared courtyard, but they must be reserved in advance.
Access to the parking area can be challenging due to the narrow streets of the historic center.
Alternatively, there is a large free parking lot nearby, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
