"Have stayed at Academy Hotel before with no issues, however the property seems to have degraded lately, a bit run down. AC was inadequate, bed was rock hard, WiFi was pitiful, entire room needs updating. Room was never serviced in five days we stayed, bathroom supplies inadequate. Bright spot was staff, exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Very spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. Pool could have been warmer and chemicals better balanced. Breakfast was great and staff was mostly friendly. Pull out was not great and could have used at least trash changed daily rather than every three days."
