"We are requesting a refund of the booking. I have raised concerns and addressed the issues to the hotel staff in private but they insisted that the refund request must be made via Expedia. I am attaching the photos of some of the bad stuff we saw in the rooms last night when we checked in. I wanted to tell them in private so other customers won’t hear about it. These must never happen in a hotel like holiday inns which otherwise usually have good reputation especially the spits on the tiles in the bathroom, which is a major health risk and safety concern, the dirts and red sauce on the wooden food plate, the dirty utensils, and the untidy room with curtain on the floor, disconnected phone cable and the messy chair plus trash on the hotel rooms we were in and the very poor quality of breakfast offered which did not have any Halal option at all! I felt disappointed but I hope you appreciate how it feels for us after we paid a large amount of money for a single night booking. We therefore request a full refund of the money we paid since it did not meet the lowest expectations of us at all. The images are attached. Kind regards Mr Schwann Radha"

"Booked this last minute and was a beautiful hidden little gem this is! Hotel grounds are great and the rooftop pool area was amazing! Would have been better if the rooftop bar was open but other than that food was great and staff amazing! Thanks "

"The standard of the property we were in was extremely poor. The hygiene was very bad. It was 100% opposite to what we saw online. The bathroom contained big ants and flies and the flat was infested with cockroaches especially in the bedroom. We ended up with itching all over the body and we did not sleep at all. I am requesting a full refund pleasex "

"Right next door to the Maria Zambrano station with plenty of food options. The rooms were excellent and the hotel had friendly staff. The morning breakfast had a huge number of choices. Would rate it 10 on 10"

"3 night stay, rooms were great, lovely sea view. Not so keen on the bathroom area, as only a glass door between toilet and shower. Great rooftop bar and pool. Amazing views from the top. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Very central. "

"Bedroom with sea view & balcony was a good size - large walk in shower / room cleaned everyday & towels changed everyday - very good choice of food ( hot & cold ) for breakfast - Sampled the evening meal ( buffet) one evening - good variety of food. All staff were very friendly & helpful."

"Habitación demasiada pequeña, abarrotada con escritorio que no cabe, pasillos internos imposibles de moverse, baño por otro lado de un tamaño acepatable. Buen internet wifi, el AC estaba controlado por ellos y no encendía y el calor nos hacía abrir las ventanas. No café o té ni agua de cortesía. La TV no le funcionaba el streaming desde el celular y dado el tamaño de la habitación la cama matrimonial para dos personas es de una plaza, muy pequeña e incómoda. "
