"Our stay at Palazzotto Residence and Winery was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Irene made us feel welcome with her warmth and hospitality. She greeted us with glasses of wine and snacks on the beautiful patio, which was such a fthoughtful and memorable touch after a long day of travel. She then showed us to our apartment, and we were genuinely blown away. The space was huge, beautifully designed, spotless, and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was another highlight. The ladies serving breakfast were so kind and welcoming, and there was a wonderful variety of foods to choose from. Everything felt fresh and high quality. Finally, checkout was easy and straightforward, making the entire experience seamless from beginning to end. The service and hospitality here truly stand out.
