Home away from home with a open floor plan. Beautiful landscapes back yard with heated pool, barbecue for your cooking convenience, patio set and lounge chairs provided. In a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Copper Sky Recreation complex with beautiful walking paths and fish pond. Also close to the local Casino, movie theatre and bowling (Search Harrahs Ak-Chin Casino and resort. Ultrastar Ak-Chin Multi-tainment Center).
35 minutes to Sky Harbour airport.

This home was lovely and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing
We felt safe and comfortable in this home. Karla was easy to contact and responded to any messages from us promptly. The house is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is beyond well-equipped! I have nothing negative to say about our stay here.

Beautiful Home!
We were VERY happy with this house & especially with dealing with Karla, the owner. She was responsive with any questions we had! The home was so clean, the first thing I said when we walked in was how good it smelt ;) !! The pool area was perfect for what we needed, and easy to use - the heater and lights. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. If we are ever back in Maricopa, we will definitely look for the availability of this home. Thanks Karla!

Well equipped comfortable house in a good location with a nice pool
Modern, well maintained, comfortable house in a good location. The master bedroom layout was great, the bed outstanding, the adjacent bath, shower, and closet were spacious and very usable.

I would never book here again.
The owner was very sweet and responded quickly, but we had issues from the moment we booked. For one we booked it because it was a great deal. Once we booked pay for insurance they hit us with "oh we forgot to add a cleaning fee". I get everyone has a cleaning fee but if it was mentioned from the get go we would of booked else where that was able to accommodate us. For instance they day before the stay we get an email saying that we can't have any children under the age of 13. I respect their wishes but my brother did communicate with the owner before hand and she mention to him that kids under 5 don't count, as if just bring them don't count them in. Anyways fast forward I didn't get to go due to the fact that children were not allowed so my husband and some of our friends had to go. I've rented many homes before never have I ever been recorded while doing so. They have cameras pointing at the pool and front entrance. Cameras don't bother me but when they're in the front but not while swimming privately in the backyard.

Great Family Home
This home was great in meeting all of our family’s needs. No complaints at all here. We enjoyed the home both inside and out! We would definitely stay here again!
