Modern work/live studio Condo. Pool is now heated year round to 82 degrees! Everything is brand new. Full size refrigerator with everything needed to cook. Sleeps two on full size bed with storage. Plenty of space to eat, work or just relax. TV has Netflix and live network TV . Broadband wifi with fast speeds included.

The Space:
Pool is HEATED year round. Antenna HD Cable, turn on the TV and watch the news or a movie on Netflix. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex.

Nice stay
Small but adequate. Convenient location. Some dishes not clean. Floor tough on white socks. Friendly personnel. Had to contact for our door code but response was quick. Felt very safe. Would stay again.

The bed-mattress was not very good. The cable-tv was not used friendly. Office seemed closed most of time, could not ask anyone questions or help. I did enjoy the pool area.

Loved the location...
My daughter and I took a week long vacation to AZ. Originally looked at staying in Phoenix, but upon researching found this cute little studio condo in the perfect location, and we found it to be reasonably priced, and since we basically only slept and got ready here, it was perfect. We could make it to Phx and Mesa within 40-45 minutes and also to Tuscon in about 60 minutes. The town of Casa Grande was larger than we thought, and had nice shopping and eating options. It was very easy to get to the condo and it was nice cuz parking was right outside your door. We would stay here again.
