Restored farmhouse in heart of chianti with swimming pool and tennis court.

"Tout l'intérêt de la maison réside dans la terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la campagne toscane. Néanmoins, les terrasses voisines sont très proches...Il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour et malheureusement, on le savait, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation et il y a seulement 1 ventilateur dans toute la maison : il faisait donc extrêmement chaud dans les chambres à l'étage. La piscine commune est très agréable. Le port du bonnet de bain est théoriquement obligatoire mais respecté que par certains.La cuisine est très bien équipée.Le site est grand et calme car distant de toute ville."

"This vrbo is perfect!! Cannot recommend enough for a large party looking to embrace the Italian country side. Highly recommend having Carolina cook you a welcome meal(try the lasagna). Trust in the hosts recommendation that you need a car and make sure it is one with some clearance as the driveway is no joke. The proximity to the local town of castellina in Chianti is perfect and had everything we needed for our stay."

"The villa was beautiful, even more spacious than expected. The outside was quintessential Tuscany, serene and breathtaking. Luigi was one of the most responsive and gracious hosts we have encountered. He always responded quickly and when asked questions beyond his scope he would seek the answers. He invited us to dine at his family’s restaurant, which was the best meal we had during our time visiting the region. It was so great we dined there again on our last night. We had an amazing time in Tuscany and it was amplified by the home, Luigi and La Toppa!!!"
