"Good morning, My family and I travel all around the world, we experienced many things , the experience here was very poorly, customer service person Ketlen was very rude and looked down on us , very arrogant person with very poor person communication skills. We were charged extra for a parking card , it was hard to check in , we had to go to 3 receptionist and paperwork checking, pictures taking , we lost over 1 hour of our stay doing paperwork and trying to find the checking in office.
