"I only spent one night before leaving Dominican Republic but I wish I would’ve found this place sooner! The food was great, we had help getting out luggage out of the vehicle and into the room. It room and hotel was clean and organized. I wouldn’t know much about the restaurant/bar or pool because I didn’t get a chance to go but I did have a view of the monumental which was one thing I did enjoy!"

"A great motel for business trips; centrally located, remodeled, clean and well maintained. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all very nice. Would be great if it had a pool, but in lieu of a pool there should be a terrace sitting area withaybe a run for relaxing ..absolutely no where for wife to relax while I am handling business. Only complaint is that when I checked out I was told that I used a coke out of the mini-bar, which I did not...as I brought my own beverages. Then I went back to my room to collect MY can of ginger ale that I forgot, only to find the housekeeping supervisor drinking it...same one that said I took a drink from their mini bar. One "aw shucks" Trump's a lot of "atta boys" so I won't be back"

"My stay was awesome. The rooms are very up to date. Staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant upstairs on the 5th floor is very beautiful with a roof top that has outside seating for a very beautiful scenery.. food is also very tasty. 10 out of 10"

"This apartment exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautifully designed and well maintained everything was. One of my favorite features was the artwork throughout the apartment. Every piece was thoughtfully chosen and gave the space so much personality, warmth, and elegance. It made the apartment feel unique and unforgettable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, access to the property was seamless, and the attention and hospitality were truly first class. The only minor issue was a brief power outage the following morning before I checked out. Power outages are fairly common in the Dominican Republic, so it wasn’t a big concern. I also believe the building has a backup generator, so it may have simply been a temporary system issue. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Santiago. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed place to stay. Five stars all the way!"

"The unit was even better than advertised. The common areas were spacious and perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and there was no shortage of sheets or towels. Everything was clean and beautiful, and the location was convenient to many local attractions. The host was also very hospitable and helped us with recommendations of places to go and things to do. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
