Rental includes a private Covered Slip at Sugar Hollow Marina for your boat as well as FRONT ROW RESERVED PARKING as an added BONUS!! Double new composite decks on the back allows everyone room to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. Inside the main level boasts a large living/dining room with abundant windows just off the spacious kitchen.

On the main level you will find a fully stocked kitchen, large living room, washer/dryer, and master bedroom with full en-suite bath.
