The host was so kind and accommodating and her communication with us was excellent in every way. The location is otherworldly- to stay in the castle walls is incredible! "The hotel was charming and highlighted the historic nature of the town. We really enjoyed the concept of books lining the walls which added a uniqueness to the experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast which featured a large selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed ginja at the bar! Our only recommendation would be that the hotel replace the worn carpet leading up the stairs, otherwise, our one night stay was wonderful."

"The resort is exactly as described, clean, bright and comfortable. My husband golfed one day and I walked to the beach (approximately 40 minutes each way) You could swim in the lagoon but the ocean side was wild and looked dangerous but it is a spectacular beach. The course was excellent condition, bunkers nice and greens were fast. A fairly challenging layout. It’s quite the drive to get to the resort but don’t worry, you’ll get there 😆 Overall a great experience!"
