Maravilhosa relação custo-benefício. Cama e lençóis confortáveis, ar condicionado operando bem, banheiro limpo e com o chuveiro operando bem, espaço bem distribuído... atendimento excelente e café da manhã muito gostoso e completo. O hotel surpreende por cumprir o essencial com excelência.

Processos precisam ser revisto.

O hotel atende todas as expectativas, o café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é muito confortável, limpo e organizado. As toalhas e roupas de cama são limpas e exatamente cheirosa... Único problema que tive foi a com a camareira que jogou fora cupons fiscais que estavam em baixo de objetos pessoais. Isso é algo que deve ser visto pela gerência, pois embora não tenha sumido nenhum objeto, eles foram mexidos desnecessariamente.
