"The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs but...there were a few things out of sorts. -The ice maker was broken.-The water in the fridge door wasn't coming out well so when we took the little spigot off to clean out the calc it was dirty with gunk! -We went to use the coffee mugs and at least 3 were filthy dirty with coffee residue (that came off easily) and there was lipstick marks. -Also some of the towels were stained and when we went to do our laundry I noticed there wasn't any bleach ...I hope they're using bleach(maybe it's put away in one of the locked closets) when they wash the towels for stain and cleanliness/anti bacterial reasons.-The remotes for the ceiling fans didn't work although they were lighting up and the fans actually worked with the light switch on the wall but just not the remotes.-Also(one last thing), the bed downstairs that we had my elderly mother staying in(cause obviously she couldn't do the stairs) was too high for her to get into and there was no step stool anywhere. She ended up sleeping on the hard couch until we were able to buy a step stool the next day. So just a suggestion"

"This was such a great location for a friend trip. We were two couples staying for 4 nights and the amount of space was perfect for us (2 king bedrooms, 2 full baths). There is another bedroom with bunk beds which would be appropriate for children. The space was large, clean, and well-appointed and we enjoyed cooking meals as a group in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed all of the board games (plus PacMan!) and sitting by the fire pit all evening. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the hosts checked in via message daily to ensure we had everything we needed. I could not think of a single thing to ask for! Would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Franklin."

"This is a beautiful, modern home but with all the charm and character of an older property. We had everything we needed for a group of 6. (3 couples). We had hoped to walk to/from the square area of Franklin, but didn’t quite feel like we should..especially at night. But Uber wasn’t that much and we had some great Uber drivers. We loved having the front and back porches and the security of parking our cars in the back and not street parking. We would highly recommend this property for your next trip to Franklin. Carrie is a great host and was very responsive and provided all necessary details."

"Amazing service and such a streamlined process. They always responded immediately to any questions I had. Loved staying here, great little coffee shop (The Fainting Goat) right next door! Also walked to the historical markers all around the location. Even though all the shops in Franklin are cool we took a quick trip over to Leiper's Fork (distillery) and town - just as cute and fun shops - definitely worth the quick drive. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location was awesome! Walk ability was so nice!! There needs to be a sign/arrow to point you to the cottage behind the main house. Confirmation sent us to the main house, not the cottage . Outside the cottage was terrible! Very dirty and landscaping was awful. Inside cottage was cute, but needs more hooks to hang clothes. Faucets need work. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Loved Franklin Tennessee. Worth visiting again!! "
