Rooms are extremely antiquated, walls definitely need to be patched, painted and redone.Doors don’t close unless you slam them. There’re chunks of the bathroom sink missing. The tiles are grimy. The furniture looks like they got it in the early 2000’s & never bothered to change it.There’s an orange chair, yes ORANGE.That not only looks like it’s falling apart but it’s also so decrepit it belongs anywhere but in a hotel.
First of all let me start by saying I was really looking forward to staying here. With that said, the good: service, everyone with the exception of one woman in the dining room were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Everyone was very attentive and always available to help.
Now…. The bad. So many things… So disappointing. Especially after paying $1000 for 2 nights. Everything in this hotel screams “ I haven’t been renovated or updated since the early 2000’s. There was a stain on the comforter never got a new one even tho I asked several times. Stains on curtains & make up stains on bathrobe and towels. Had to call about a neighbor playing loud music, singing and whistling like he’s in his house 3 times. We had ants in the room. Would I stay in this hotel again? Absolutely not. Do I think it’s overpriced and overhyped. Absolutely. I really don’t know why this place is so expensive, the building is outdated, grimy and just not at the standard of a luxury hotel. Was it at some point? Yes, just not anymore. And what’s with everyone greeting you in French?
