Luxurious 2-bedroom apartment on the 15th floor

Luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment perfect for your stay in Cartagena. It features a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a queen-size bed underneath, and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with a double bed underneath. It is fully equipped to offer you all the comforts you deserve during your stay. It is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the city center and is located in one of Cartagena's most prestigious neighborhoods. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away.

IMPORTANT: Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed in the building. To register someone, please send me their name 24 hours in advance. A maximum of 6 people can be registered in this apartment. You will be given a wristband upon arrival and must not lose it. If lost, a fee of $20,000 COP will be charged for each wristband. - IMPORTANT - According to our policy, if the provided savings card is damaged or broken, a $100 USD charge will be applied to cover replacement costs. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of service and resources available to all our guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be applied.

It boasts an unparalleled view of Cartagena from the 15th floor. You'll love this apartment!

Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband that you must wear throughout your stay. This allows the building to know who is staying in the apartment. You will have access to the pool and gym on the S floor, as well as the apartment itself. You will also have access to a parking space. Only those registered on the reservation are allowed in the building. To register someone, please send me their name 24 hours in advance. A maximum of 6 people can be registered for this apartment. THIS INCLUDES INFANTS. NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE CAN BE REGISTERED.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist buildings, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It lies between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, encompassing two neighborhoods: El Laguito and Castillogrande. Bocagrande boasts long beaches and bustling commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the walled city center and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the building typically costs 20,000 pesos.

Great condo!!!!

Condos in great condition. You have a view of the bay and the buildings on the backside and then of course the Caribbean on the front.. due to our flight times the owner was courteous enough to allow us to keep the bags there prior to check in and after check out because our flight didn’t leave till 10 PM. The locations really nice you’re only a few minutes away from the walled city by cab. Small grocery store within walking distance plus a couple, casinos bars and restaurants..
