There are not many food options and what is available isn’t good. Everything closes super early including the pool and they don’t let people on the beach after a certain time as well. No one that works there speaks English and if I didn’t have friends that spoke Spanish with me I would’ve had a much harder time.

We loved the hotel and the service, the only thing I would like is that you to fix the floors around the pools, they are raised and it is dangerous for children who play around with the wet floor, my daughter tripped and haired her foot.

Beautiful property with a wonderful staff! Food was amazing! Beach was fantastic! Very happy we picked this place to stay. Brush up on your Spanish. Most people in the resort and staff are Spanish speaking only.

The food was extremely limited and overall not appetizing. The reserved restaurants should all be in an enclosed space. Keep the animals off the dining areas at least. Cats and dogs were everywhere. The property needs more staff that can communicate in English. And keep the adult pools open later than 5pm. Add a disco or club on the premise for dancing.

The property had many cats and dogs in all areas specifically eating areas. So if you are allergic or don’t like to eat with cats and dogs, not a good place to stay. The property is also a distance from the town so it is isolated if you want some peace and calm.

No air in lobby, open roof so when it rains you have to run to get some coverage. No ac in the bathrooms, insects ALL OVER THE PLACE. Food was good overall, staff not so friendly as much as the waiters. All rooms are muggy, feeling wet and congested. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I rather pay for food and stay at a cleaner nicer place.

Rooms are outdated and not well decorated. Restaurant had very limited selections and they weren’t great. Only one bar. Room key stopped working four times and had to be reset. Dogs everywhere, including buffet. Dog poop on beach. Entertainment was sporadic. No beach activities. Pool tiles missing. Staff was exemplary.

Unfortunately, not much people in reception speaks English and check in takes a lot of time , BIG thanks for concierge Davidson (hope spelling is correct). It'd be nice to have info board about service of local people on the beach, before you will be asking to pay big money for old surfboard and etc, especially when hotel described own water activities on the website. The food and drinks are very good, cats and dogs with other birds around )on)under tables are not welcoming IMHO. Overall, it's good place for vacation!

It was a bad experience to get to the property after a long flight and find out the reservation is not there because it did not go through even when expedia charged my credit card. They did not have enough rooms for us to stay and my family was already staying in the hotel. Please expedia next time make sure the reservation is there.

An all inclusive should be all inclusive. When the buffet is closed most weeknights and there is not an ability to make reservations at any of the restaurants that is not an all inclusive. Our party went without dinner of quite a few nights nights because there was literally NO food. The air conditioning was sub par. Hot water only worked sometimes. Some of the staff was nice but many had attitudes. The property itself was okay. Will not be staying again.

The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main problem is with hotel staff and a complete lack of information about the facilities. The check-in time is rigidly enforced at 3:30 pm, despite the fact that many travelers arrive early in the morning on overnight flights. This would be okay if there were an indoor, air-conditioned space in which to receive hotel guests; however, guests have a shaded waiting area in which to pass the hours in the baking heat, including children and the elderly. We offered to pay for an extra day to be able to access a room earlier, but the front desk receptionist was condescending. Every day, we saw guests and their luggage stack up waiting for their room. If the hotel weren't booked so full, this might alleviate the problem. Our room was lovely but packed a hair dryer. We notified the concierge who made note of it and did nothing about it. We also notified the housekeeing of the situation, but they did not know what to do about it. Three days later, after more requests, we were finally given a hair dryer. The air condoning in the rooms is weak, which is on par for the region in general, but at the height of summer, we felt cooler rooms would be better overall. The property has 3 pools, but one is exclusively for adults. The pools that allow children often host DJs with music loud enough so that keeping ears on splashing children becomes difficult at best. Finally, the QR code to hotel information leads to a 404 page.

Schone kamer, eten divers, mooi strand en leuke zwembad omgeving. Wat beter kan: - het personeel lacht vrijwel niet, soms vroegen we ons af or ze hier wel wilden zij. - het personeel spreekt vrijwel geen engels noch doet het moeite - geluidsinstallatie is slecht, neem geluidsoortjes mee tegen gehoorschade - er lopen honden op het terrein, soms wel leuk maar niet altijd gewenst (bedelen bij het eten bijv.) -fitnessruimte is een lachertje
