The room is immaculate. The staff was a dream, helping us navigate our first trip to Cartagena. Breakfast was delicious, everything fresh. Air conditioning can be set tobyour exact temperature specifications.

Lovely room, incredibly gracious staff. Reasonable amount of English most of the time. I'm a Spanish speaker, but my traveling companions are not, so this was appreciated when I wasn't at hand. Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything, but not right next to the clubs where you can't sleep. Excellent.
