Unbelievable!!!

First of all, you know when you get to a place and as great as you think it looked online it just doesn’t hold a candle to how much more beautiful it is in real life? Well, this is one of those places. Just so comfortable and everything had a relaxing charm and beauty and comfort. Was perfect to come back to after exploring the city! Diffeeent areas to sit and read, chill by the pool or simply relax in bed! And the staff!!! Warm, thoughtful, reading your kind as to your every wish before you even could think! Late at night being offered some warm fresh tea before I could even ask for it. Sincere and genuine hospitality. Should be sharing way more for this kind of place and staffing and location. Just fabulous!!!

Exquisite Cartagena Luxury

The pictures of the property simply do not the location justice. It is absolutely exquisite and impressive! Modern and mindful in design. The location is invigorating in the art district filled with festive narrow streets. A beautiful house in the heart of the artistic ancient city. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every minute in comfort. The STAFF was AMAZING. They were the heart of the property. Rafael spoke perfect English and arranged for all our tours and services. He went above and beyond at every turn. Richard the chef was delightful. He made us breakfast each morning. We hired him to cook us a few dinners and lunch. Frankly -- the BEST food on the trip. Sandra was our favorite -- she waited on us like family. Adorable. Anna kept everything clean on a daily basis. We wanted for nothing. The had much fun communicating with the translator apps. Although the house is beyond amazing, you choose this property for the wonderfully gracious staff. An exquisite, intimate, private, luxurious hotel. PERFECT for our first time visit to Cartagena.

Here's an updated version of your review: --- **5-Star Stay from Start to Finish!** Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this property in Cartagena! The kids couldn't get enough of the pool – it was perfect for cooling off in the Cartagena heat, and the privacy of the property made it feel like our own little oasis. We felt completely safe for the entire duration of our stay, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. The rooms were exceptionally clean, air-conditioned, and the beds were firm yet incredibly comfortable – exactly what we needed after long days of exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond. They were attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with the chef customizing meals exactly to our liking – a truly personal touch that made the experience even more special. Transportation to and from the airport was seamless, which added to the stress-free nature of our trip. Plus, the location couldn't have been better! Being right in the heart of the walled city, we had easy access to all the best sights and attractions.
