The rooms and hotel was very clean and beautiful , the staff friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was tasty. Only downside was the jacuzzi was not clean or working and did not locate the sauna.

Location is good however our sink in room 402 was leaking after 4 reports and fixes it still leaked. No elevator and 4th floor walkup. Cooler in the room also did not worked and never got fixed or replaced. On last day we did not have a water either. For 4 star hotel, there are too many problems.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the old town

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town of Cartagena with a lovely indoor pool. Great breakfasts, nice bar and roof terrace. Couldn’t fault it!

Gorgeous property and room. 2 pools at the property which we really enjoyed especially the courtyard pool which was decent sized and offered sun or shade. The onsite bar and restaurant were both very nice, too. The restaurant especially offered a wonderful breakfast. Our room was ample sized and very comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

A gem in Cartenga

This is a great spot to stay in the Old Town of Cartenga.. The location is certainly located.. The hotel has some amazing charm and beauty in all of its aspects.. The staff was wonderful.. So polite and anything I asked for they were so responsive

Really enjoyed my stay here. All were friendly especially Roa, Kevin and Elias. Negatives: There was a lady with red hair called Laudith who was extremely rude and throwing a lot of fake smiles and being passive aggressive, even barged into me on my last day acting like she didn’t see me and infact prevented me from enjoying a peaceful breakfast each morning.
