Please note that the building is currently under construction. This means that at certain times of the day, there may be occasional noise from machinery or workers. I appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause. Our apartment is located in a largely completed area, so noise levels may be much lower than in other areas and apartments.

Food and Drink:
Currently, the residential complex does not offer food or drink services. Therefore, guests are encouraged to shop for groceries during their stay or plan to go out and enjoy the dining options available in the surrounding area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment for your convenience. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals.

Main property policies:
Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed.
All guests must present government-issued identification for entry.
If minors are staying without their parents, they must present a notarized permission slip signed by their parents.
Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and review after the initial request.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
