We’re right next to the Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand, a member of Radisson Individuals, and across from the famous Hollywood Beach, with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops nearby.

But the best part is that the experience begins without even leaving the apartment. 🌅

From the balcony, you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze, watch the sunsets over the city, see the lights of Bocagrande as night falls, and, on special occasions, enjoy fireworks from a prime vantage point.

It’s the perfect place to end the day peacefully on the balcony, sharing a drink and enjoying the view.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The bed layout can be adjusted to suit your travel plans:

2 sofa beds that can be used separately or joined together to form a double bed.

If you’re travelling with friends, we can arrange the space so that each person has their own single bed for groups of up to 6 guests, depending on the requested configuration.

If you’re travelling with your family and need an additional bed, please contact us before booking to check availability.

We also have a cot available upon request.

👥 Important Information About Your Reservation

Room setup depends on the number of guests included in the reservation:

1 to 3 guests: only the master bedroom is prepared.

4 to 8 guests: both bedrooms are prepared.


The rate is calculated based on the number of guests listed in the reservation.

If you need a specific bed arrangement, please let us know before your arrival, and we’ll do our best to set it up according to your needs.

The building features a pool and common areas where you can relax and enjoy yourself during your stay.

Since this is a residential building, the atmosphere is quiet and exclusive. The common areas are subject to the schedules, rules, and availability established by the management.

You’ll be in one of the most well-rounded and convenient areas of Cartagena, with restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and services just minutes away.

From Bocagrande, you’ll also have easy access to various experiences the city has to offer: you can visit the Historic Centre and the Walled City, explore Getsemaní, enjoy the boardwalk, or take a boat to destinations like Tierra Bomba, where you’ll find beaches and plenty of ways to spend the day. Tierra Bomba is just a few minutes from Cartagena by boat.

For those travelling for health reasons, recovery, or medical care, the location is also convenient: in Bocagrande and the surrounding area, you’ll find clinics, medical centers, specialised services, and dental offices, including Clínica Medihelp, Hospital Bocagrande, medical centers, and specialised dental services.

And if you simply want to enjoy Cartagena without any hassles, you’ll find transport, restaurants, beaches, shops, and various entertainment options nearby.

The building offers parking for $20.000 COP per night.

The accommodation does not include free parking. Street parking is also available, subject to availability and local conditions.

🐾 Pets

Pets may be accepted upon request, subject to the accommodation’s terms and the building’s rules.

🚫 Visitors

External visitors are not permitted.

Only the people listed and registered in the reservation may enter the apartment.

This rule applies throughout your entire stay and is a condition of the rental.

Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.

You’ll receive arrival instructions before check-in.
