"Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views and impeccable housekeeping service. The cleanliness throughout the property was remarkable. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and the hotel staff truly made her feel special. The attention, thoughtful surprises, and personalized service were completely over the top and exceeded all our expectations. They turned a special occasion into an unforgettable experience.
