"This is a 1970s-era hotel in the heart of Carson City's Historic District. It has a 1970s feel in the best of ways. Though the carpet in one of the hallways is ripe for replacement and the decor is dated, I felt right at home. The staff is eminently friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the complimentary continental breakfast is ready promptly at 6am each morning. For the price, the Hardman House Inn & Suites is a gem. I will stay here again next time I roll through town."

"We stayed here for 3 days during a dance competition and chose it for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and our kids really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. However, the hotel feels a bit outdated and could use some updates. There were signs of past water damage in the room and some areas that didn’t look fully cleaned. Breakfast was convenient, but the pancake machine was broken and food wasn’t always restocked quickly. The jacuzzi had a lot of foam from treatment, and seating around the pool was limited. Housekeeping was also incomplete when we requested it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn’t the best experience and could be improved with better maintenance and service."

"We loved this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Our only complaint, which is very small, is that the oatmeal wasn’t hot. Other than that, yummy!!"

"Room was spacious but worn, shower head sprayed out to leak on floor. Old dried coffee left in pot. Said there would be continental breakfast but none provided. Wanted to leave early in morning no one at office at 6:30 or 7:00 am. I was forced to pay deposit but when I called to have it dropped next day no record of it was available despite it as pending charge on my bank statement. It was very reasonable rate and quiet location As it was set back from highway. "

"Didn’t like the housekeeping and front desk support. Stayed there for 2 nights and when entered inside found the floor having leftover stuffs and uncleaned entire apartment floor. They also had left one hoodie in the kitchen counter. When called after checkin the hotel room, they said they can’t send housekeeping service because it was late at night around 11am which I understand but they didn’t help in getting that cleaned throughout our stay for 2 nights. Even the person came and verified that night that the floor was not cleaned and had dirt and leftover stuffs from last customers and said someone can help clean it next day. Next day I called 2 times and texted also the front desk people 2 times. They said someone will come and clean but nobody showed up. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic property to stay the least. Never considering this property again and it’s hurting brand name of Holiday Inn. "
